How we measure: 

Arm: Measures the thickest part of the bicep area while laying flat, then double that measurement. 

Bust: Measures armpit to armpit while laying flat, then double. 

Sleeve length: Measure the top of the shoulder to the hem of the sleeve while laying flat. 

Body length: Measures from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the hem while laying flat.
