Like an orchid of the same name (the moth orchid from the Greek phalania “a kind of moth” and -opsis “of” or “like,”) this stunning necklace displays cool pinks and vibrant greens in semi-precious gems of pink hydro tourmaline, rare green kyanite, dyed cerise freshwater pearls, peridot, rhodonite garnet and prehnite. The center pendant of the necklace is a stylized solid sterling silver orchid petal that lends the piece its inspiration. A heavy, pure silver, handcrafted chain makes up the main body of the necklace while all other links, the large infinity clasp, and minor details are in solid sterling silver for long-lasting quality.
