Hand finished by artisans in Uganda, these unique tumblers come in a variety of creams and browns and are crafted from Ugandan Ankole cattle horn.Ankole cattle are rated mainly in Western Uganda in the districts of Isingiro, Bushenyi, Ntungamo, Mbarara and Kiruhura. The cattle feeds predominantly on grass found in the vast lands and are known for their colossal long horns. Each cup is sanded and polished to reveal the most beautiful, natural colours. The horns are heated, split and moulded into products either by hand or using a press mould. Natural materials make each piece unique, colours will vary.Hand-wash only. Not dishwasher safe.
