It features a luminous crimson field, adorned with diamond and stepped medallions in ivory and ochre, and framed by opulent golden-yellow and carmine borders woven with intricate repeating motifs. The brilliant golden tones were achieved with natural saffron dye, a hallmark of the Ouazguita tradition and a symbol of prosperity and vitality.

Hand-knotted from 100% hand-spun wool, the pile is plush and velvety underfoot, showcasing the skill, tradition, and fine natural fibers employed by its Berber makers.
