Day: Pour hydrosol into hands before applying Body Crème or Oil  of choice.Night: After showering with Benedetta’s Sacred Soap, spray hydrosol. Dry Brush Massage: Using a natural bristle brush or exfoliation gloves, brush or rub all over body, starting at your feet and working up towards your heart. Continue onto the arms, working in towards your heart. The best time to dry brush is in the morning before showering or bathing.
