Queen Majesty Hot Sauce is handmade in New York City using carefully selected ingredients. All recipes are certified OU Kosher. Everything used is all natural so sometimes the color and heat of the sauce may vary slightly from batch to batch.

Queen Majesty Jalapeño Tequila & Lime hot sauce balances a refreshing flavor with a satisfying heat. This original recipe is based on 3 things: jalapeños, tequila and limes. What a combo! Bragg\'s apple cider vinegar and a little green apple is also used as some complimentary sweetness to the lime juice. Of the three flavors, this one has the most garlic and it works perfectly on everything from grilled seafood to egg sandwiches. Add some to mashed avocado to top off your taco.

Queen Majesty Scotch Bonnet & Ginger hot sauce has a vibrant flavor and a slow-burning heat. The brightness of the ginger and lemon work perfectly to spice up soups and curries or mix a little with honey and use for sweet potatoes or wings. This surprisingly versatile sauce can be added to all of your favorite dishes.

SBG INGREDIENTS: White vinegar, sweet onions, orange bell peppers, scotch bonnet hot peppers, lemon juice, ginger root, olive oil, salt and spices.

Queen Majesty Red Habanero & Black Coffee hot sauce combines an exciting flavor with a sensational heat. This is the hottest recipe, using more than twice the amount of hot peppers than in the Scotch Bonnet & Ginger Sauce. The RHBC sauce also differs from the other sauces because it does not have any citrus juice but it does have two types of vinegar: a dark roasted coffee-infused vinegar and Bragg\'s organic apple cider vinegar. There won\'t be an overwhelming coffee flavor but what it does add is a nice smoky darkness that stands up to the intense flavor of the red habaneros. This sauce works great with rich foods like pasta and pizza. Try mixing it with ketchup or mayo for fries and burgers.
