It comes in four different sizes to best fit each individual wrist.

The measurements listed in the drop down menus are how long the metal is. Be aware that each cuff has a gap of 1 1/4\" to 1 1/2\" to slide it on your wrist. If you have a 6\" wrist, you\'ll want the extra small cuff at 5.25\" long. Please be aware that each cuff is made to order.
