One-of-a-kind statement for your sofa or bed! Intertwined\'s gorgeous handmade throw pillow is sustainably made from pieces of a second-hand corte, a traditional handwoven skirt worn by Mayan women in Guatemala. The vintage fabric is sewn together in a patchwork pattern and overdyed blue by the talented artisans at Ruth and Naomi. The hemp fabric that completes the pillow is made in India by The Hemp Foundation, a non-profit that promotes alleviation of poverty through the cultivation of hemp in remote villages. Afghan refugee friends in North Carolina, bring it all together with their expert seamstress skills.
