Originally created in Mexico, the chair was designed in the 1950s and crafted in steel and plastic. The chairs became highly popular in the famed resort of Acapulco, which at the time was a favorite resort of stars such as Frank Sinatra, Elizabeth Taylor, Debbie Reynolds, Rita Hayworth, and Orson Welles.
Now made in more modern materials, the extremely versatile Puerto Stool is comfortable without a cushion and made to last stylishly for years with its durable powder-coated steel frame and colorfast UV-resistant woven vinyl cord.
Please Note: Chrome and copper frame finishes are suitable for indoor use only.
