We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm and approve your design prior to engraving. Once you have approved your design, no changes will be allowed. 

Colours are subject to availability and supply may be limited. In the event your choice of colour/quantity that you ordered is not available, you will be contacted for a refund, or to select a secondary colour preference.
