Caddis frames are handcrafted from high-quality acetate, with wire core temples that allow heat-shaping of the arms for a customized fit. And Caddis frames are true optical frames that can accept prescription lenses.

All Caddis frames have proprietary blue-light blocking technology in a nearly clear lens, which is tough to do. The technology is infused in the lens and is not a coating that can be scratched or worn off, and blocks 15% of harmful high energy visible blue light (LED, Phone/TV Screens), at and surrounding the most harmful wavelength (455nm). 

An anti-reflective coating helps reduce reflections and glare, and hydro-phobic and oleo-phobic coatings are anti-smudge.
