We think personalising our collection is what makes our leather products so special! The cost for customisation is £7, for up to three letters.  Please enquire via order notes or email info@micheyloves.com

All of our personalisation is done by hand so there may be slight variations in the finish, as every item and lettering is unique.

All personalisation is in upper case letters with up to 3 characters and available in 3 colours: gold, silver and black.

The letters are placed on the front of every bag and on the majority positioned in the centre and at the base. Some of our bag styles vary in design / style and this positioning wouldn\'t work, in this situation an alternative bespoke place will be confirmed with the client before an order is placed. The initials on our coin purses are on the right hand side on the top flap.

If you would like to see a mock-up before ordering please email Michey at info@micheyloves.com as bespoke items are non returnable.

Please note the letters may fade or distress over time in keeping with general wear and tear. To keep here your bespoke creation looking fresh for as long as possible, please keep away from perfumes, cosmetics and any other chemicals. Avoid extreme heat and sunlight. We cannot be held responsible for personalisation wearing off.

All personalised orders take up to 5-7 working days to be hand made and then will be shipped depending on your delivery choice at checkout. If ordering for a specific date, please allow extra time when ordering personalised items to ensure they arrive in time.

Please review your personalised item very carefully before placing your order, as unfortunately we can only offer exchanges or refunds on personalised items which are faulty.
