Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final. missluna_nails does not accept returns or exchanges as all our nails sets are custom and frequently made to order. If you experience a quality issue with your order, please reach out for assistance.

How do I figure out my size?

We showed two methods in our sizing page that you can follow and then figure out your size. Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect sizing. Exchange nails for different size will be at your cost for shipping.

How long do they take to ship?

Spot goods Orders are made and shipped in 3 to 10 business days. If you make a reservation or customize the order, it will take 7-30 days from the date of placing the order, and promise to ship within 30 days.

What if my nails don\'t fit?

Unfortunately we don\'t offer refunds or replacements for incorrect sizing, it\'s your responsibility to measure your nails correctly. We can do exchange for you, but it will be at your cost of shipping. As for Custom order with other designs or sizes, we DO NOT offer refund or exchange since it\'s made exclusively for you.

International orders and duties/taxes

International customers are responsible for all import/customs/local tax fees that may be charged upon arrival of your package.
