Each blossom yields just three crimson stigmas, hand-plucked within an hour of opening. It takes more than 200,000 blossoms to make a single pound — a devotion that borders on the sacred.We fold generous amounts of this luminous spice into our Estate Honey, gathered from the lower orchard at Flamingo Estate. This is our finest Honey, harvested in small batches and usually reserved for family and friends.
