• Check your email, especially if you have purchased a proof. This way, our art team can communicate quickly with you, such as if there are questions or issues.

• Place your order during business hours. Our hours are from 9AM-5PM EST, Monday through Friday. If an order gets placed after we are closed, we are unable to view it until the next day. Same goes for ordering on the weekend! If every minute counts, it\'s best to place it during the day when our customer service can resolve any image issues, answer questions, etc.
