Care instructions
Remove the pillows cover if it\'s removable. Pre-treat the stains with soft cloth or bristle brush that had been soaked in warm soap water. Machine wash, max 40°C, normal cycle. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry. Iron, steam or dry low heat only. Do not dry-clean. Fluff to reshape when assembled back together.

Quality Control

We operate with an AQL program to measure the incoming components for all raw materials used in the process. This same program is used to check the in process quality and out going finished products. The data that is collected from these audits is used to provide feedback to respective areas for continuous improvement.

Packaging

Shipped in self sealing poly mailers with high adhesive seal strip and UV protecting coating inside. Packages are tightly secured providing excellent protection during shipments. If the order is more than 5 items everything is shipped in cardboard box with products packed individually in plastic bags. Photos are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging may vary.
