Detailed information on Japan: Sokuchouzan Matcha

\"Long Breath on a Mountain Peak\" is the poetic name of this matcha.  It refers to the feeling of accomplishment after climbing a mountain.  Drawing in that long breath of fresh air, clear your mind for that short moment as you enjoy the view from the summit.

This is a perfect starting point for those trying our matcha for the first time.  It is unblended and made from a single tea cultivar.  The Samidori cultivar is the basis for most Gyokuro and Matcha in Japan, used for competition-prized teas.  If you are looking for matcha with no bitterness and perfect for daily drinking, there is no better!

Here is a short guide on how to make the perfect bowl of matcha
