Oolong teas, like Black Pearl, are traditionally brewed multiple times to enjoy the changing flavor profile of each infusion. Oolongs are prized teas among connoisseurs because they are the mature leaves of the tea shrub, rather than the fresh new buds that become all other types of tea, white, green, yellow, and black.
