2012 Wuyi Cliff Tea - White Cockscomb
White Cockscomb is one of the \"four great names\" of wuyi cliff tea: Long Red Cape, Iron Arhat, Golden Water Tortoise and White Cockscomb.
White Cockscomb is one of the most unique cliff tea and one of the most delicious of all types of Cliff Tea (Rock Tea). This tea was lightly fermented and lightly roasted. This tea had been aged since 2012. It has developed a rich and sophisticated flavour. It offers stronge Qi and thick texture.
Origin: Wu Yi Mountain, Fujian Province, China
Brewing method: gongfu, leaves in a bowl
Brewing tips: Cliff tea is usually recommend to brew in gongfu in order to fully enjoy the strength and powerful Qi, however, if it is your first time trying cliff tea, try brewing it light first, then try it stronger. It is also a good idea to try leaves in a bowl.
Storage: put in airtight container, avoid sunlight
