This is a set of three DSX side chairs, originally designed by Ray and Charles Eames in the 1950s. These particular examples were produced by Modernica in Los Angeles, California C. 2018. The chairs are comprised of a red fiberglass shell seat atop a steel H-base. DSX is an acronym for Dining Height Side Chair on X-Base. The acronym stayed the same after they switched production to H-bases from X-bases.
The listed price includes all three chairs to be sold together as a set.
Each chair measures 22 inches deep, 18.5 inches wide, and 31.25 inches high with a seat height of 18 inches. This chair is in very good to excellent condition with minimal signs of wear. Please see photos.
