Product Description
Crafted with beautiful copper, this traditional Japanese oyakodon pan is a must-have for cooking oyakodon. Oyakodon is a Japanese dish featuring chicken and eggs simmered in a flavourful broth and served over rice.
Copper provides excellent heat conductivity, control of heat, and durability, and will age with time developing it\'s characteristic patina.
Compatible with gas stoves only, this pan requires a little love and care to prevent discolouration or rust. After use wash with a pH-neutral detergent and dry thoroughly. Care and Use:Compatible with gas stove only, not with induction heating or microwave ovens.Apply oil well inside the pan before each time of use.To prevent discolouration or food poisoning, do not leave food in the pan for a long time and make sure move it to another container.To prevent verdigris or rust, wash the pan with a pH neutral detergent and dry it thoroughly.Use of resin or wooden spatulas is recommended because metal ones may damage the surface of the pan.
