This antique, primitive, 19th-century handmade farmhouse chair features a hand-shaped plank seat sitting on turned legs with stretchers for stability. The spindled back tapers slightly outward and is topped by a wide horizontal crest rail. A solid chair with a rustic feel would make a great accent piece, either solo or as part of a vintage dining set.
