Detailed information on Mid-Century Brass Faux-Bamboo Pedestal Martini Drink Table

A refined mid-century modern brass and copper martini table or drinks pedestal. The slender table combines an engraved octagonal shaped copper tray top decorated with a Chinoiserie style figural vignette of two Asian figures in a garden setting encircled by a border of fans and botanicals. The tray is finished with a scalloped gallery rim, adding a crisp elegant edge. The tray is supported by a tall faux-bamboo turned brass column, descending down onto an octagonal cast base resting on webbed pad with three feet. Made in the style and manner of French Maison Bagues. Functional as a martini table, accent piece, drinks pedestal, or as a candle stand. Executed in the Chinoiserie style with Hollywood Regency and Mid-Century Modern influence. From an estate in San Francisco CA.

Condition: Good, minor wear consistent with age and use. Beautifully crafted with solid joinery and construction. Very good, well-preserved condition as seen in photos. Some light wear consistent with age and use, including some minor scuffs, nicks, and an aged patina to the finish.
