8 Inch Quiet Inline Duct Fan System with Temperature and Humidity Controller

A smart inline duct fan designed to ventilate hydroponic grow rooms silently, increase heating/cooling in rooms, circulate fresh air, exhaust projects, and cool AV closets. The duct fan\'s inline mixed-flow design allows it to maintain airflow even in high static pressure settings. 

It has an EC-motor with PWM control for quiet and energy-efficient operation. The motor box, which houses the fan\'s impeller and blades, may be removed from the frame for easy cleaning and maintenance. It comes with a sophisticated controller with advanced programming and functionality. 

One duct fan unit, one thermal controller, one corded thermal probe, two duct clamps, an installation manual, and all necessary mounting hardware are included in the complete kit.

Intelligent Controller

The controller can be set to adjust fan speeds in response to changes in high and low temperatures, as well as humidity. Because of its backup memory capability, the controller can be configured to operate continuously or triggered to run at variable rates when power is applied to ventilation applications. A countdown timer, alarm system, and eco-mode are among the additional features. Water-resistant detachable 12-foot precision probe is included. This EC smart controller is capable of powering and controlling two inline duct fans of any size, such as this CLOUDLINE T8 and a CLOUDLINE S4.

Energy Efficient and Quiet Design

Unlike other duct fans, which use an AC-motor and are loud and uncontrollable, this duct fan has an EC-motor that is regulated by PWM (Pulse Width Modulation). This technology allows motors to function smoothly at incredibly low RPM speeds while producing no additional heat or noise. Furthermore, the duct fan employs a mixed flow design that includes a stator blade and dual hydrodynamic wind circles. It has a high static pressure rating as a result, allowing it to produce airflow even in applications where air movement is restricted. The motor contains dual ball bearings with a life expectancy of 67,000 hours, allowing the duct fan unit to be installed in any direction. The unit is IP44 rated for dust and liquid resistance, and it functions effectively even in tough settings.

This quiet duct fan system is ideal for cooling AV equipment rooms, closets, racks, and cabinets, among other things. It\'s also employed in various air circulation and ventilation projects, such as hydroponic grow rooms and tents, exhausting bathrooms and attics, and other installations, due to its low noise and advanced control features.
