A really useful pasta drainig insert from Alessi. It fits the Mami 20cm stockpot ( pasta inserts are deigned to fit deep pans and will not fit casseroles or saucepans.) When your pasta is ready, just pull the insert up - and all of the water drains back in to the pan. There\'s no need to carry a pan of hot water across the room to the sink. It\'s much less fiddly.Highly polished with very secure handles.
