For searing meat, prefer the Deep stainless steel frying pans.

Switching the long handles with the side handles, the Strate®Deep non-stick coating frying pan turns into a serving dish.

Detachable handles are designed to be used during the cooking process when maneuvering cookware from stovetop to oven or oven to table. For safety, the handles shouldn’t be left on while cooking. While heat-resistant, prolonged exposure can negatively impact the detaching mechanism over time.
