【Initial Use】
Wash with food detergent and remove as much water as possible. Heat on medium heat and flip the pan to heat it evenly. Once white smoke (water vapor) appears, turn off the heat and let it cool. After cooling, wash with food detergent again.

For the first use, heat on medium heat and add half a tablespoon of oil. Spread the oil around the pan and add a moderate amount of vegetable scraps. Stir-fry to remove the iron smell of the pan.

【Cleaning】
For general use, stains are easy to remove. Rinse with water and clean with a sponge, leaving a thin layer of oil on the surface. If using detergent, dry thoroughly and apply a thin layer of oil with a paper towel.

【Storage】
Store in a dry place to prevent rusting. For long-term storage, apply a thin layer of oil to the surface of the pan (inside and outside) and wrap with a paper towel.
